Henn Na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong was a fantastic stay for me. The best aspects were the modern and clean rooms, the comfortable beds, and the amazing mini spa moment in the small bathtub. the hotel's unique technology-enabled service made check-in and check-out efficient, and the location was convenient, being very near to Myeongdong station and surrounded by convenience stores.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Myeongdong. It is located in a quieter area, yet still easily accessible to other parts of the city with bus stations nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had all the modern amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered great value and there were even coin laundry facilities available. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
The automated check-in process could be improved and more staff presence would be beneficial for a more welcoming experience.

The room at Henn Na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong was clean and well-equipped. We loved the separate shower and toilet areas, which added convenience to our stay. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Seoul, with easy access to public transportation. The high-tech features, like the voice-activated robot assistant, Genie, were a fun and unique touch. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seoul.
The only downside we encountered was the limited breakfast menu, but with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, it was not a major issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to public transportation and located in a quieter area despite being in the heart of the city. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the service was superb. The room was equipped with everything I needed: free Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and air conditioning. Plus, the room was always kept spotless. I couldn't have asked for more!
I highly recommend this place to families traveling in the area.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was good. The rooms were compact yet well-designed, with thoughtful layouts and functional amenities. The bedding was comfortable, and the strong AC made for a cozy and relaxing environment. The location was ideal, with everything I needed just steps away. Plus, the hotel offered a great breakfast deal and it was a nice experience being greeted by the friendly robots.
